Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Triangle Tech LLC (“Sindria,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Sindria platform (the “Service”). We act as a processor for the business data you put into the Service on behalf of your organization, and as a controller for the account data we need to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, organization, role, and authentication credentials.
• Business data — the customers, quotes, sales, invoices, work, and messages your organization creates in the Service.
• Usage data — logs, audit records of actions taken, and metering of assistant usage, used to operate, secure, and bill the Service.
• Integration data — records synced to/from providers you connect (e.g. Stripe, QuickBooks), under the scopes you authorize.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, authenticate you, enforce permissions and tenant isolation, operate the assistant on the actions you authorize, bill for usage, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your business data to train third-party models.

Tenant isolation

Each organization’s data is fenced off at the database level (row-level security) and enforced on every query — not merely checked in application code. The assistant operates within these same walls and cannot reach another organization’s data.

Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, the AI model provider that powers the assistant), each under contractual data-protection terms, and where required by law. Providers you choose to connect receive the data you direct us to sync.

The AI assistant

To answer and act, the assistant sends the relevant context of your request to our AI model provider. That provider processes it to generate a response and does not use it to train its models. The assistant can only invoke the same audited operations your staff can, filtered to the permissions you grant it.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. You can export your organization’s data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Account owners can manage most data directly in the Service; for other requests, contact us.

Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access control, per-tenant database isolation, and full audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach as required by law.
